Disney Food: This is just the opinion of one humble blogger, but… in my opinion… these are the food items that I’ve enjoyed the most, buy the most and that I consider must try. In no particular order:

Belgian Waffles: To my knowledge you can only get these during the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, which typically runs from late August through mid-November. There’s something about these darn little things that bring me so much joy. Not only are they delicious but they’re fun to eat.
They usually have three varieties to try: Berry Compote with Whipped Cream, Warm Chocolate Ganache and then they usually have a savory flavor. This year: Beer-braised Beef with Smoke Gouda Mashed Potatoes. Yum! I like them all, but for most people (judging by numerous other internet posts) the berry compote seems to be the most popular.
Corn Dog Nuggets: Simply delicious! I absolutely love them. Everyone raves about the chili dogs at Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom. They are good, to be sure, but heavy as led. I can only eat a few bites before starting to feel kinda queasy from the richness. Corn dog nuggets are much less filling and are the perfect combination of crunchy and soft. Casey’s Corner located on Main Street, USA and is in the same block as The Emporium (huge merchandise store at the front of the park.)
Nudel Gratin/Mac n Cheese: Located via quick service in Epcot or in the Biergarten as part of the buffet feast. It’s crusty, cheesy baked heaven.
Macadamia Nut Chocolates: Shipped in from Hawaii but always fresh tasting, you can these at Disney’s Polynesian Resort in the gift shop. There are typically four varieties: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel and toffee. They are all delicious… and deliciously addictive.
Best Milkshake Ever?: The milkshakes at 50’s Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios are the best of the best. Peanut Butter and Jelly is their signature flavor, but I’ve had several other flavors and they are always to die for. Hint: 50’s Prime Time has a bar area where you can order drinks… so, you don’t even need to get a table to enjoy these wonderful milkshakes.
