If, like me, you’re on the receiving end of the mental health system, we may not always stop and think about how difficult it can be on the other side of things. Just what is it that makes treating mental health disorders so difficult? That’s a complicated question: a lack of resources and a lack of effective treatment methods, I believe, have a lot to do with it.
