Inspiration is constantly needed when dealing with mental health issues. It keeps our hopes up and revives our spirit. There’s nothing more inspirational to me than reading engaging personal stories of people who’ve been through it and who’ve decided to share their story in an effort to make things better. Stepping outside of ourselves and focusing on other people and what they’re going through for a while is a healthy human endeavor.

Getting better is what really matters and that’s the bottom line. Congrats on all the survivors.
Be Strong and prosper.

“(A) powerful new woman fighting for the girl crying in the hallway.” Nicely summarizes the whole story, doesn’t it?
Most appealing, the urge to fight, to rise, to improve and to reform.

Thanks for reading ❤ The more people who rise and fight, the more change we make.
