Fabulous coconut recipes from extra-sweet bloggers/Pinterest…. add yours!

Been stressed out this week… feeling moody and scatterbrained… so, here’s a lovely little post to help me, and hopefully everyone else out there, feel a little better about life!

When browsing through the delicious recipes and foodie photos that folks post on their blogs and on Pinterest, anything coconut usually stops me in my tracks. I wanted to highlight a few here. I did a similar post last year: Food: Best coconut recipes and pics. If you’re a coconut lover you’ll want to check that out also.

Please feel free to add a link to your own awesome coconut recipes in the comments. I will be adding some on in the comments as well!

Please do click on the links and let all these fabulous foodies know how great their work is!

I also recently created a board on Pinterest called All Things Coconut. You’ll want to check that out too if your looking for recipe ideas or if you just want to get a healthy dose of coconut foodie pics.

  1. mmmm…Mmmm…MMMMM, JoAnn! Can’t say what’s better, all the tempting recipes, or the beautiful photography that accompanies.

So, coconut soothes your stress? Not just you, sister! Perusing the recipes you selected had to have added ten years to my life. And that ten years, mind you, will be spent preparing and luxuriating in each and every one of these recipes.

    Admirably chosen, JoAnn!

    1. Ten years? Not too shabby at all. If you keep it up you might live into the 1000s. No worries about wasting time because you have plenty of time at your disposal.

Yes, I definitely think you should try some of these recipes, or variations thereof, and then of course post the results!

      1. Much appreciated, JoAnn! Of course, coconut already is on the playlist, and the recipes you feature above will add to it.

By the way, utterly random, but you look more than a bit like my cousin, interestingly enough, also named “Joanne.” In fact, when I first encountered your writing, I wondered briefly if you were she, then I asked myself why she changed the way she spells her name.

Only after some confusion did I realize this is what philosophers call a “coincidence.”

        1. Haaa, that’s amazing! Well, it has been hypnotized before that there is no such thing as a coincidence. I suppose that means everything is connected by a purpose somehow… now I wonder what that would be in regards to this particular situation… hmmm?
